Had a great time attending the Rialto PD 5k where proceeds go to a memorial for the fallen officers of Rialto. I got to say hello to my friend Cpl. Marquez of the Rialto PD, who leads the Community Outreach Program (C.O.P). It is a great program that focuses on community policing that I fully support and would like to see grow throughout our cities to build better and stronger relationships between citizens and the officers who serve them.
